David A. Azupio

Managing Director

Mr David Azupio founded Translogies Ghana Limited in 2017. Prior to Translogies Ghana Limited, he served crucially in various Technical roles from a Stationary Equipment Technician to the position of Head Of Transport at the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR). Trained as a Mechanical Engineer at the Accra Polytechnic and Tamale Polytechnic with an international Professional Diploma in Logistics and Transport from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Transport Logistics from the Ghana Telecom University and a M.Sc. in Logistics.

Elorm Honu Jnr

General Manager

Elorm Honu Jnr is a finance and business strategy expert with extensive experience in accounting, corporate finance, and governance. As General Manager of Sotei Energy Limited, he oversees strategic operations, driving efficiency and growth in the downstream oil and gas sector. A chartered accountant and financial analyst, he specializes in auditing, taxation, and corporate governance. He holds diplomas in Transport Management and Health & Safety, with additional training from the Ghana Stock Exchange. Elorm earned an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship from CEIBS and has held leadership roles in financial institutions and consultancy firms. His expertise in financial management and operational logistics positions Sotei Energy for industry leadership.

Samuel Azupio

Operations Manager

Samuel Azupio is the Operations Manager at Sotei Energy Ltd, where he oversees and optimizes the company’s operations in the petroleum sector. His role involves managing daily operations, ensuring the seamless flow of logistics, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners, including key government bodies like the NPA and GRA, as well as Bulk Distribution Companies. Samuel ensures operational efficiency by streamlining processes, mitigating risks, and aligning strategies to meet client needs and company objectives. Before joining Sotei Energy Ltd, Samuel served as an Operations Officer at Translogies Ghana Ltd, a prominent petroleum haulage firm. In this capacity, he played a critical role in managing logistics, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and safe delivery of petroleum products while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Professional Studies, Accra. With a strong background in operations and logistics management, Samuel is passionate about driving efficiency and growth within the energy sector. He is dedicated to ensuring the continued success of Sotei Energy Ltd and the broader advancement of the petroleum industry in Africa and beyond.

Esther Dede Mauledey

Head of Accounts and Finance

Esther Dede Mauledey is an accountant with eight years of practical experience in financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, cash flow management, and general accounting operations. She currently serves as the Senior Finance and Accounts Officer at Sotei Energy Ltd.

Her experience spans roles in both private sector accounting and tax administration, having previously worked with Socinar Limited, Wortel Afril Trade/Contrapac Limited, and the Ghana Revenue Authority (National Service). Her work has covered end-to-end accounting responsibilities including payroll preparation, bank reconciliation, inventory oversight, audit coordination, and preparation of financial statements.

Esther holds a BSc in Accounting, an HND in Accounting, and is progressing through ICAG.
